POSITION

MRS is seeking mid-level and senior-level landscape architect/designers to join our studio in Atlanta. We are open to full time and part time applicants.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Candidates must have a BLA or MLA from an accredited university. Applicants holding an architecture, urban design, or planning degree will be given special consideration.

  • 5+ years of professional experience working on collaborative landscape architecture projects. The ideal candidate should be well versed in design and conceptual thinking, planting design, design detailing, developing construction documents, participating in construction administration, and project management skills. Special consideration will be given to candidates who can demonstrate experience working on and/or managing large public facing projects.

  • Candidates should have strong verbal and visual communication skills.

  • An ideal candidate will demonstrate strong experience and abilities with AutoCAD, the Adobe Suite (INDD, PS, AI), GoogleDrive, digital modeling (SketchUp, Lumion, etc.), and GIS 

  • Applicant must be reliable, self-motivated, organized, communicative, open-minded, inquisitive, and ready to learn.

  • Our preference is for applicant to work in our Atlanta studio 3-4 days a week, however for the right candidate we are open to virtual options.

COMMITMENT
  • MRS will offer a competitive salary based on the applicant’s experience. Our anticipated salary range is $70-95K depending on experience.

  • Benefits include a health and wellness stipend, flexible vacation time, and hybrid work options. We are a small and growing business. As our staff increases we plan to offer healthcare and retirement options in the near future.

  • MRS will provide career mentorship and support for licensure and/or continuing education credits.
